  • The cue sheet is part of the sale in the narrow sense that we keep the fill order current. It is not a warranty.
  • Texts are optional and never a condition of any purchase.
  • No disease claims. The goods are dietary supplements.

What follows is the agreement between you and 5310 HOLDINGS, LLC (EIN 85-0605028), which trades as 5310 HOLDINGS and operates harmonywellnesslab.com. It covers who may buy, what is promised, what is not, and which state's law decides any disagreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, placing an order, or subscribing to our SMS or email communications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, make a purchase, or subscribe to our marketing communications. By using our website, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. What we sell, and what it is not

Everything on this site, Cue Line included, is a dietary supplement rather than a medicine. None of it is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and we will not describe it as though it were. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Responses differ between people and no outcome is promised. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional before you begin.

4. Consent to receive text messages

Where you give a mobile number and tick the consent box, you are agreeing under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) that 5310 HOLDINGS may send you recurring automated marketing and informational text messages at that number. What that commits each side to is set out below.

5. Returns and refunds

Anything bought here can be sent back within 55 days of delivery, opened or not, and there is no restocking charge. Write to cue@harmonywellnesslab.com and we issue the instructions the same working day. The money goes back to the card that paid, 5 to 10 business days after the parcel reaches us.

6. Copyright and trade marks

Everything published here is owned by 5310 HOLDINGS, LLC or used under licence. You are welcome to read it, quote it fairly and link to it; you may not reproduce it wholesale, redistribute it or adapt it into another work without our prior written consent.

7. Liability cap

Our liability to you is limited to the sum you paid for the product the claim concerns. To the fullest extent the law permits, 5310 HOLDINGS, LLC accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind connected with this website or the products on it.

8. Law and venue

This agreement is made under the laws of the State of California, United States, with conflict-of-law principles disregarded, and any proceeding belongs in the courts sitting in California. Consumer protections available to you under your own state's law are unaffected.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
